Winter 2008 Teacher Training
November 13-14 and December 4-5, 2008

Registration:
Registration is now OPEN for Ford PAS Ohio Winter 2008 Teacher Training.

Billing:  Payment is by credit card or check only, and must be paid in full before the class begins.

Tuition: $985 per teacher includes instruction and all materials for all four days of training, plus breakfast and lunch on those days.

Cancellation policy:
· You may cancel out of a class up to 2 weeks in advance of the first day of class with no penalty. 
· If you cancel within two weeks of the beginning of the class period, you will be charged a $300 cancellation fee.  
· If you sign up for the class and do not show up, you will be charged the full tuition amount of $985

Location & Maps: Sinclair Community College, 444 W. Third Street, Dayton, OH
Classes will be held in building 13.

Lodging: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel on Edwin C. Moses Blvd. Please note that you must reserve both sets of dates SEPARATELY using the group code referenced at each link.
